Boreout burns out

Boreout means to suffer from a decreased productivity caused by a lack of work. As a result feeling trapped while suffering from a lack of purpose and motivation can be the start of an increased stress-level. Most people define themselves at least partly through their productivity or their role at work, which makes this is a serious health risk. Experiencing restrictions due to the Covid pandemic this phenomenon has increased over the past year. Being in a situation in which it is impossible to plan long term.
