During the Deep Relaxation Course you will be guided
by Margaretha in the evening sessions and
by Heide in the morning sessions,
through different relaxation techniques,
which will lower your blood pressure and your stress level.
As an immediate result you will feel calmer,

more balanced and more resilient.
On a long run you will actively reduce your

physical and mental tension,
which can improve sleep and work performance.
This experience will help you to find out
which techniques work best for you and support you in creating a healthy self-care routine.

Während unseres Tiefenentspannungskurses
werden Sie von Heide durch
die Entspannung geführt.
Dabei werden Sie verschiedene aktive
Entspannungstechniken
ausprobieren,
die sich zum Teil ganz einfach
in den Alltag übernehmen lassen.
Während dessen senken Sie aktiv
Ihr Stressniveau und Ihren Blutdruck.
Die daraus folgenden Verbesserungen
des Schlafes, die Reduzierung
von physischer und psychischer Anspannung
sind willkommene Nebeneffekte.

Are you unable to take a summer vacation?
Do you want a short break from the daily grind?

Join our short live-guided relaxation unit.
With our exercises using the breath, progressive muscle relaxation and varying visualisation stories,
you will feel as if
you took a small trip to an island, a relaxing walk in the mountains or
enjoyed the fresh calm of a forest.

After this short 30-minutes relaxation session
you will feel calmer and refreshed.
Treat yourself to a lovely mind journey and
let your stress levels be lowered.
Each session is guided live and based on our training and
expertise as psychologists and relaxation experts.
You don’t need to have any previous experience.

The technical requirements are
a stable internet connection and a quiet place to sit.
We will take care of the rest.

Kurzentspannung

Entspannungspause

Diese kurze Entspannungseinheit ist
für alle geeignet, die eine Pause vom Alltag brauchen.

In den 30 Minuten wirst Du von einer
zertifizierten Entspannungspädagogin live in einen entspannten Zustand versetzt.
Dein Stresslevel wird merklich gesenkt und
du wirst dich erfrischt und ruhig fühlen.

Gönne dir diese Pause einmalig, oder regelmäßig und
genieße angeleitete Entspannungsübungen,
sowie immer neue Visualisierungen.
Erhole Dich ganz einfach und effektiv
während dieser kleinen Auszeit.

Du brauchst keinerlei Vorerfahrung.
Alle Übungen werden komplett angeleitet und erklärt.

Technische Voraussetzungen: Stabile Internetverbindung, Lautsprecher oder Kopfhörer, sowie einen ruhigen ungestörten Ort mit einer Sitzgelegenheit (z.B. deinen Bürostuhl).

Relaxing Walk

Join this special relaxation walk on Wednesday the 14th of July and connect with yourself, nature and other people (group size limited).

On the walk we will support you to enjoy a calming and refreshing moment with yourself.

We will conclude the event with a short relaxation session. The relaxation exercises will be guided live and will leave you calm and relaxed. No previous experience is required.

Outdoor in August

Relax in the
Herttoniemen
Manor Park

Join our guided relaxation outdoor session and
lower your stress levels noticeably.

Margaretha will guide you live through a variety of clinically tested relaxation exercises that will lower your stress level and leave you calm and relaxed.

The relaxation exercises are a variety of progressive muscle relaxation, breathing and mindfulness exercises as well as a guided visualization to let you relax even further.

Sessions will be held if the weather is dry.
Should it be rainy or too wet, you can use your ticket to join another session in August or attend an online relaxation session instead.

You may want to bring:
A yoga mat or blanket
Appropriate and comfortable clothing
